Help on my car please

My Hyundai accent 2007(manual) has a good traveling and acceleration but when problem started when at the stop light, as soon as the green light. i start moderateling from Gear 1, it makes weird noises like it is choking, then time to time, from stop to Gear 1,the engine will stop like no fuel went in the engine. and then, when I start the engine, the starter just revolves and the engine wont run.

I tried so many things then came up with opening the hood, removing the battery ground terminal, and returning it again. then it will start normally again. and also, my RPM gets high on neutral. Please help me. what is wrong?

solutions made(but problem repeats):
1. changed fuel filter, changed oil and oil filter
2. cleaned fuel injector which are also electrically okay.
3. cleaned carb
4. changed air filter
5. changed relays
6. used carb cleaner with fuel.

I just sprayed WD40 and cleaned outside of it.

Your car does not have a Carb. most likely what you are referring to in the TB (Throttle Body)

How exactly did you clean the TB? Did you spray WD-40???????
