Default Immobiliser?

Hi All, Hope you are well!

I have a 2001 Hyundai accent 1.3SI and i am having a few issues with starting the car. A few weeks back i replaced the battery as it was flat and the car was working perfectly for around 2-3 weeks, however i went to start the car the other day and it wouldnt even entertain it, i jump started it and it was making a constant beeping noise (same pitcvh as the alarm but not thwe alarm). However the noise stopped, i took the car for a decent drive and parked it over night leaving the alarm OFF.

came to start it this morning and the car attempts to turn over but then the doors lock and then it stops but the lights on the dash board stay on. (beeping noise still made)

Is this the dign of a faulty immobiliser? if so are there any remedies or can i removed the immobiliser etc

Hope you are able to help as i love the car

Cheers
