Default Changed the Belts and the Battery Drains

I changed the alt, compressor, and P/S belt which solved my problem of the car squealing. Drove the car around and the next morning the car was giving me a hard start. I checked the battery it was at 11.91 Volts, I took it to AutoZone to have it charged and it came out too 13.00 Volts 100% charge. I matched up all the belts before putting them on and they where the same but what did change was the alternator's position. I had to screw the alternator tensioner an inch closer to the engine block. Could this have been what caused the battery to drain?

In a word - Yes.

Watch, report back your observations. You should have close to 14.5v at the battery at all times when the car is running (idle, under load, etc.). Any less the alternator is not outputting properly. Whether due to loose belt, or failing alternator.

Sounds like a loose Alt belt. You moved 1" closer to the engine?
Check the belt tension.

Check your belt tension a new belt will "run in" (strech) after awhile.

You have 2 V-belts and 1 serpentine. If you look closely, you'll see that the 2 V-belts are almost the same size, but not quite & get swapped quite often - this could be the reason for the large repositioning of the tensioner and very low battery issue.
