The only reason that I can think of to hook up the reverse wire would be if you have a camera. If not I wouldn't bother until I had one.

Hey guys, bumping this thread.

So....on the HY05B, the black and brown is reversed?
I don't have the streering wheel adapter yet, so what should I do. I hooked up everything and it seems to work...

So brown is acutally the gnd wired?
