Greetings all,

I have a 2007 Hyundai Sonata that has a AM/FM/CD/XM factory radio. XM has been active and working for the last 6 months. Last night after driving thru a known dead zone and getting the "No Signal" displayed on the XM, once I came out of the dead zone I kept receiving the "No Signal" display then after about 15 minutes XM started to display "Loading" Then I could not even cycle thru the radio (CD/FM/AM/XM) all I could do was (CD/FM/AM then back to CD.) I could get to XM only by pushing the XM button on the head unit. This morning XM displays "No Receiver".

Has anyone experienced this in the past? Any help would be appreciated.

I am having the same issue, but I just purchased my Sonata used. I was wondering if something was disconnected? Does anyone have an answer?

I recently purchased a used 2007 Sonata with the same issues. I had the dealership look at it, and apparently the drain for the sunroof emptied right onto the XM unit in the trunk. They rerouted the drain, but unfortunately will need to order a new XM unit as it has been shorted out by the draining water. Check with your dealership to see if this is your problem and if you're covered by warrenty on this.
