Default Radio Reset

My factory Infiniti radio on my 2009 Sonata is resetting everytime the car is turned off. In addition, I think there is a CD stuck inside and when you hit the eject button, you get a "Disk Checking" message. Everything else works but you need to reset your radio stations each time you turn on the car.

Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

try disconnecting your battery and hook it back up if that doesn't work..

take it to any hyundai dealer... you should still have your bumper to bumper warranty...

I tried disconnecting the battery for 1 hour and reconnecting. Same problem. The car has 100K miles on it so the warranties up as well. In 100K miles this is the first issue so I am hoping that it is minor.

Had a similar problem with a VW. Turned out the battery was on its last legs. New battery problem went away.

Had a CD stuck and kept getting MECH error or something. Battery disconnect did not work, what did was pulling a double memory fuse. And when I started the car the mech error cleared. go figure. I have the 6 disc changer but not the infiniti system.
