From odb-codes.com"

A code P0128 may mean that one or more of the following has happened:

Low engine coolant level
Leaking or stuck open thermostat
Faulty cooling fan (running too much)
Faulty coolant temperature (ECT) sensor
Faulty intake air temperature (IAT) sensor

You will need to visit dealer, hook up GDS, work way into "ECU UPGRADE", and if #168 is available (I think that is the number)-- titled 3.3 ECM Upgrade, install it... may check for trans upgrade, but I do not think there is any, if so, it'll pop up when "AT" selected and ROM read..

All you can do is try... it is the latest update...

This one is not titled for anything specific, other than they told us at school to use it as it has previous progams info in it, and more secret stuff we dont need to know about, so it might have parameter change included to deal with your 1128 concern.

You'll have to call dealer and ask them what they would charge to program, likely beyond your 5/60, so no warranty there.
