I have taken off the valve cover, but the spark plug tube seals are seemingly completely stuck, and I can't seem to get them out. It's hard to even tell where the seal ends and the valve cover begins. Considering the valve cover is plastic, what can I do to get the seals out? I used pliers but the first seal just tore from itself rather than to come out.

Thanks for any help
