Default Ignition Coil Replacement?

My 2004 Elantra has about 100,000 Kilometres on it. It gets 10.1L/100 Kilometres according to the gage on my dash.
My plugs and wires were replaced about 10,000 K ago.
I'm thinking of getting a new coil , thinking this might improve performance.
Is this sensible thinking or just a waste of money.

I can get a Prenco coil on-line for $80 , Can Tire has it at $155 , I'm not sure what dealer price is .

An thoughts??

It's usually a waste of money to replace the coil unless it's bad. You won't get better performance or MPG. More useful to modify your driving habits.

I work as a courier. Drive 200-250 aggressive Kilometres/day. I'd say split 50/50 city/hwy.
My plugs and wires were replaced about 10,000 K ago.
It just seems when I got the car 30,000 Kilometres ago that it got better mileage.
It's funny how I still say mileage. I don't say it gets good kilometres. Strange.
I suppose I could drive @ 100K/HR but it just seems that I get there quicker at 122.
Thanks for the advice.
No codes to speak of. I do have an occasional code for some sort of fault around the canister at fuel filler.
It's on for a couple of days and then goes off.
