Default 2005 elantra aftermarket stereo issues

Hey all, I was hoping for a little help with a stereo install on my fiances 2005 elantra. I bought a dual brand stereo but was unable to find a wiring kit for it. I identified most of the wires and have it installed but after installing it everything worked except when I turn on the key I have to manually turn on the stereo and it doesnt save presets or custom selections.

the old days there were two positive wires - one to get main power, and one "activating".
If both of them are to the ignition - then you loose everything...
One must be "hot all times".
