Default 2001 Elantra Will Not Start, Not a battery Issue

I have a 2001 Hyundai Elantra and 2 weeks ago it refused to start. I checked the batter cables and the negative terminal was replaced with a cheap copper piece of crap and it was badly corroded. Cleaned it up and put a screw into it to tighten the connection and the car ran fine for a week. The following monday the same problem occurred and I replaced the terminal and cleaned the post and the car still wont start. I have replaced the battery and Starter relay and the car will not start. The car is getting power, the lights, radio and all other electrical systems power up when I turn the key and I even hear the fuel pump turn on but the car does'nt start. I hear a click every time i try to start the car but thats all. I really need help guys.

The negative battery cable where is bolts to the body? Real common problem, especially if your car is rusty and lives in the north. I'd be removing the negative battery cable completely and replacing it with a new OEM unit maybe. At least clean up all the contacts real good. Look at the grounding strap and positive cable too. Disconnect it from the fusebox and the starter, etc.

Ok I'm going to go down and try it, I'm also going to check out the starter if this does'nt resolve it, God I hope it does. If you have any other input on what could cause this I am all ears, and thank you for your help.

Ok check the negative cable and it was fine. The spot it bolts to the frame was clean and dry and I cleaned it anyway and it still powers on but will not crank or start.

Had to take it to a mechanic. The starter and the solenoid were shot. He replaced it for me and all together only cost 202.53. Thanx Grant Redmond at Redmond Garage lol. Thanx for the help guys.
