Default ix35 heated wing mirrors

Get on Gang! This may seem a stupid request, but despite reading the handbook and a USA handbook online, I can't at anything that describes how to turn off the heated mirrors, are they on permanantly? They are on mine lol

the heated mirrors work in conjunction with the heated rear screen, when that's switched on so are the mirror heaters
