Finaly the real new 2013 Civic, what do you guys think? I think again, only the front and rear bumpers have changed and most of the changes will be inside. Honda should make, like the Focus, Cruze and Elantra, an international model from scratch.
Drive On: Honda remakes Civic; will it be enough?

TBH, I never saw the problem with the first re-design. I like the new design because it's bolder and a little more masculine. Hopefully, the interior matches the exterior.

We call a redesign a new front and rear bumper? the side of the car and the windows are still the same as 2006 so are the mirrors. Still outdated to me. I want a completely new Civic to even consider one. I think they don't need to completely redesign the Civic because Honda knows it will be best seller even if it looks bad......brand loyalty and reliability seem to be the deciding factor for the Civic.

It doesn't look bad, it's not an ugly car but for me a redesign is like the 2010 and 2011 Elantra, the 2006-2013 Civic still look like....a Civic to me. I will test drive one when the body, including doors and roofline completely change. When I saw the new Elantra I said WOW but when I saw the 2013 Civic I said OK

I drove a 2012 Civic for a week when I had my steering wheel re-wrapped as it's kind of hard to drive a car without one. Let's just say I was horribly unimpressed...the pre-facelifted model is crude and unrefined in every way. It was loud, slow, handled poorly, had terrible interior materials, rattled at less than a thousand miles and looked like recycled dung. I HATED IT.
The only thing I can say that I liked about it was that it had very comfortable seats. That's about it.

Yeah when I drive in my friend's Civic, 3 of my friends have Civics, the only thing I liked was the seat. Not the rear one though.
