I have a Infinity M466s RSE radio in my 2008 Veracruz. I purchased a Parrot MKi9200. I need a harness to install and need to know if the radio is "amplified or non-amplified". It appears this makes a difference in the type and "cost" of the harness. Any information about which harness I need or anything about the installation and/or using the Parrot is appreciated

Yes it is amplified. The amp is in the rear panel along with the sub woofer.
I have attached a diagram of the radio with the pin-outs.

I really appreciate the information. Since I now know it is amplified, I'll order the wiring harness for same. Thanks a lot for the information. Hope I can return to the favor to someone else in the future.

Thanks again. BTW, I also contacted Hyundai to try and get some insight about the radio and the installation. I basically placed the same information request to them. Here is their reply:

"Thank you for contacting Hyundai Motor America. We appreciate the opportunity to address your inquiry regarding the Infinity M466s RSE radio in your 2008 Hyundai Veracruz.

In order to completely address your questions regarding whether or not the radio is amplified, we will need some time to research your inquiry in order to get back to you with the requested information.

Hyundai does not recommend the installation or use of any aftermarket parts in any Hyundai vehicle. If you should choose to install an aftermarket part that causes another part to fail in your Hyundai Veracruz, the repair may not be covered under warranty.

If you would prefer, you can also call our toll-free customer service number at 1-800-633-5151, Monday through Friday from 5:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Pacific Time, and reference case # XXXXXXX.

Thank you for contacting Hyundai Consumer Affairs. We look forward to assisting you further."

Not sure when I'll receive anything further.

Thanks Again.
