I went to my local Hyundai stealership to get a filter. I didn't call before to inquire about the price. I get there, asked the parts guy for the part. He tells me to go to the cashier at the service desk and my part will be there... he goes, does his thing. I get to the cashier/service guy, and 9.75$ for the filter, 1.49 for a crush washer, 0.50$ enviro fee. I tell him, I don't want the crush washer (they're good for a few times). He tells me the part guy will have to redo the invoice and all. Since I'm in a hurry I just pay and go...
![]() PS: For that extra 0.50$, I will make it my duty to return the used/dirty filter. ![]() My question is; where to get the Hyundai/KIA 26300-35503 oil filters for a decent price (in Canada or shipped to Canada)? |

My local dealer is approx $6.90 with a washer, normally I buy 4 or even 8 filters to have some spares , we have 4 Hyundai in the driveway. One was certified and will be gone next week.
Check the local Kia dealer, sometimes they are cheaper. Or ask for a discount if you buy a bigger quantity. |
