Does your shifter have a push-down reverse gear lockout or a lift-up reverse lockout? Curious because I'd like to find a nicer looking shift knob for my Accent, but the lockout is a lift-up type, and the Genesis has a push-down type so it wouldn't work.

I just bought a 2013 Sparkling Ruby stick 10 weeks ago, it's now just hit about 2600kms I absolutely love this car in stick! I took this and a auto out mine being the only stick within 500kms and I really wanted white or black but wanted my car now, anyways loved the stick and now a actually love the colour too it's got a nice sparkle in the sun awesome cars!
Awesome car scion I too get a lot of looks at my car they are definately a lot sportier looking then people assumed, I've yet to get much done except headlight bulbs both high & low in 6000k, K&N CAI, sub & 500.1 JL Audio amp, next tint for windows & tail lights!

The clutch is soft. My only complaint is: hard to shift in first when cold outside.

in Canada there are still many sticks, every time I go to the dealer there's one in the lot and whenever I park beside another Elantra around town 1 out of 3 is a manual
