Default Tech Info

Hi,
I am trying to create an account on hyundaitechinfo.com (or hmaservice.com) After I enter a users name and the other info and read and agree to the agreement, I get messages "An Error Has Occurred" and "An unexpected error occurred on our website, please contact the website administrator". I have tried this on a Win 7 Prof computer and on running XP. I have used Windows Explorer 9. What am I doing wrong?

Did you ever get assistance? I tried as well after being referred there from this site by other owners.

The use agreement page - which needs to be checked as part of the registration - opens as a blank page, so nothing to check. Actually, the links on the front page (Help is one of them) does the same thing. I have tried with four different browsers, all with popup windows, Java and Javascript enabled.

Thanks,

Ron
