Gearbox Problem

hi to all, i've just bought (2 and 1/2 months ago) a hyundai matrix 1.6 06 plate... its my first hyundai... extremely pleased with it overall, but it does have an intermittant problem with not going into 3rd gear which when pulling off from traffic lights can get frustrating.. before anyone says im trying to rush through the box let me say i used to be a chauffeur and tend to cruise rather than race.. i've taken it back to the dealer 4 times so far but they say they cannot find a fault and all hyundai's have sensitive gearboxes so they are putting it down to me.. has anyone come across this before ? i will welcome any help with this thanks

i have the same problem..the mechanic told me that the gearbox sensor is the problem...it is about RM250. try to find 2nd hand at half-cut...and still searching.

Hyundai Matrix 1.6A 2002 Automatic Transmission ,
ODB Code P1529 , P0734 , P0732, P0121
Car not move on Reverse Gear , Reverse Light on and Reverse sensor on but car not move
even press accel pedal, gear 1 only move in D not change to Gear 2 or 3, i have change new gear oil, oil filter, selonoid valve

But it still Remain same problem not move on reverse only Gear 1 in D is working if RPM 6k also still in gear 1
